Protein 3D structures
The structure of a protein gives valuable clues of its interaction with other molecules and thereby important information of its functions. For the majority of the proteins in the Human Protein Atlas a predicted 3D structure from the AlphaFold Protein Structure Database project is shown. The structures can be explored and antigens corresponding to many of the antibodies in the Atlas, as well as other features and clinical -and population variants, can be displayed on the structures.
